If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will happily accept a return for an exchange or full refund (T&C's apply). Returned items must be received within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
How long does a refund take?
We aim to process all of our returns within 3-5 working days of delivery to us. All refunds when received will be inspected and we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. The refund will be processed through the original payment method and may take up to 14 working days to enter your account.
Faulty item received
If for any reason you have received a damaged/faulty item please send an image with a little description to email@example.com so we can look into this further for you.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
